The Crown
The Crown is a historical drama series delivered through six seasons and a total of 60 episodes spanning the years 1947 to 2005. Inspired by real events, the series tells the story of Queen Elizabeth II and her family, highlighting personal and political situations that affected her reign.
Created by principal writer Peter Morgan and produced by Left Bank Pictures and Sony Pictures Television for Netflix, the season aired between 2016 and 2023. [1, 2]
